How does skivvy work?
The first thing you’ll do is sign-up for the package suited for the amount of work you need us to do. You can then begin submitting these tasks to us through our website or by email.
Once the task has been received, your skivvy will do the work required while keeping you updated along the way.
Once completed you will receive an email with the details of the completed task. You keep submitting your tasks and we’ll keep saving you time.
Things we can and can’t do for you

- gathering quotes (flights, car rentals, hotel reservations, event organisers etc)
- booking restaurants, hotels, spa treatments etc
- personal calls
- booking services such as plumbers, electricians, event organisers etc
- scheduling appointments
- proofreading of documents
- editing of documents
- report writing/drafting
- reminder services (birthdays, meetings)
- syncing dates and events to your google calendar
- typing of short documents
- transcribing of audio files
- booking conference venues
- basic project management
- basic bookkeeping
- managing booking sites (such as booking.com, airbnb, travelground, etc)
- various account management (such as email, mailchimp, You Tube, WordPress, etc)
- writing and managing blogs
- social media management (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
- website updates and managing your SEO
- data capturing
- and so much more – if there is something we haven’t mentioned here then send the request in and we’ll assess it and do our best to assist you
- Note: One task equals 30 minutes of work. If the task you have requested takes longer, your skivvy will relay this to you and will deduct the necessary number of tasks from your package.
- anything that requires your banking details (we can do on-demand payments using our payment provider though)
- sales calls, spam emailing, etc
- book flights, hotels or rental cars (we can get info & price quotes)
- any handyman or household services (but we can arrange someone for you)
- tasks with a strict, near-term deadline
