Jenni is #GOALS and the brains behind Skivvy Business Services, the virtual professional assistant to small and medium sized businesses both locally and internationally.

She’s a pint-sized person with a huge heart! Her hands have birthed what we predict will be one of the most efficient and sought-after virtual companies in South Africa and the world.

Outside of obliterating tasks from her fancy-pants built-in website software, she is a mom to four girls (two human and two boxer dogs).

After relocating to the USA with her family a few years ago, she continues to innovate and spearhead a flourishing business in South Africa and abroad.

Our Account Manager at Skivvy, a forty-something single-mom of two boys, believes that every day is a school day and she is never too old to learn a new skill and grow to her full potential.

Jeannie lives in Grahamstown, South Africa. She enjoys physical fitness and tries to live a healthy lifestyle.

With experience in hospitality, event management, bookkeeping and administration, Jeannie enjoys a challenge.  She is creative, highly organised and ambitious.

A true #adminninja.

Suzanne is a 50-something wife and mother of two adult sons.  She is a qualified teacher (BSc + HED) and was a stay-at-home-mom for all of her son’s growing-up years.

She has a knack for admin and email management. She likes to get things done and organised.  As admin assistant she is also well versed in word processing, spreadsheets and graphic design & publishing software.

Suzanne loves a challenge and serving our clients by putting her admin abilities to good use.

CENTAINE

CENTS HEAD SHOT 1

Centaine is a wife, furr mom, a “kaalvoet kind” / flip-flop queen and proud of it with slight administration OCD tendencies.  A straightforward down to earth gal, no need for fuss, just keen for a good laugh and some fun.  A true African bushbaby at heart, her all-time favourite place to be is in the bushveld at her family holiday home at Ingwelala Private Game Reserve, a place where she can disconnect from the world and spend quality time with the ones she loves. She enjoys the sounds of the African bush and marvels at the amazing SA sunsets with a G&T in hand.

Loanda

Portrait at Laptop

Loanda—a woman of words, waves and willingness!

After 26 years in Gauteng, she and her husband settled in Jeffrey’s Bay (she is originally from the Eastern Cape), where the ocean air fuels her love for language.

She’s penned an unpublished vegan recipe book and built a dynamic career—once an airline ground hostess, then a corporate PA, and later a marketing maestro.

She has had previous experience in meticulously proofreading, copywriting, and editing everything from medico-legal documents to dissertations, non-fiction books, blogs, and social media. She joined Skivvy in July 2022, bringing that passion and enthusiasm with her.

Nowadays, Loanda’s workspace is as vast as the ocean she loves. She’s a virtual assistant, filling her days helping clients with proofreading, copywriting, editing, researching, blogging, and whatever wonder needs worked with words …..

Life is a beautiful blend of coffee-fuelled focus and beachside serenity, whilst holding her online clients close with a steady hand, a sharp eye, and a heart full of dedication.

As a brand strategist and thoughtful questioner, I love helping small businesses with online brand awareness and social media strategy.

When I’m not creating intentional strategies, you’ll find me challenging the status quo, championing feminist values, and contemplating the perfect brand narrative (usually with coffee in hand).

My superpower is seeing the strategic thread connecting scattered brand touch points and transforming them into something magnetic and authentic. I’m passionate about asking hard questions and finding unexpected answers.

My creative thinking comes alive most when I walk the Sea Point Promenade in Cape Town. There’s something inspiring about standing at the railings of an ocean full of opportunities.
